Labour migration is a reality of the modern world. There are virtually no countries left in the world that are not involved, to some extent, in migration flows, and for many states, external labour migration has become an important factor in their political, economic and social development. Migration flows are becoming more diverse in terms of types and forms, and migration-related interaction between countries is clearly taking on a qualitatively new character.
