It is a journey that extends from the Bay of Islands in the north of North Island, to Milford and Doubtful Sounds in the south west of South Island. It unravels some of New Zealand's unique complex history and heritage, but is also about ordinary people and their achievements in making New Zealand the fabulous destination it is today.
