Bol Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a major cause of pain and disability affecting quality of life worldwide. This book presents a comparative study evaluating the effectiveness of Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) in managing pain and disability in individuals with KOA.A total of 30 participants aged 45-65 years were divided into two groups: one receiving LLLT with conventional physiotherapy, and the other receiving TENS with the same exercise program over six weeks. Pain and functional disability were assessed using the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and WOMAC Index.The findings reveal that both treatments improved patient outcomes; however, LLLT demonstrated significantly greater effectiveness in reducing pain and disability compared to TENS. This study highlights the clinical value of non-invasive physiotherapy interventions and supports the use of laser therapy as an effective approach in knee osteoarthritis rehabilitation.
