Leadership and Charisma

We are accustomed to speaking in different terms about leaders: what motivates them, how leadership charisma is created, what is difficult to explain. What distinguishes charismatic leaders from other leaders? We often attribute to charismatic leaders mysterious and elusive qualities. Yet when we examine them through a systematic evolutionary lens, these qualities become part of a broader and more understandable framework.
