Learning behind Bars: How IRA Prisoners Shaped the Peace Process in Ireland

Based on extensive life-story interviews with Irish Republican Army (IRA) ex-prisoners, the book examines how political prisoners developed their intellectual positions through the interplay of political education and resistance.
