Licence To Instruct

Every learner has a story. Every instructor needs Maltesers. Five days. Eleven pupils. Three broken cars. One kamikaze pigeon. And a rapidly disappearing box of Emotional Support Maltesers. Lena Driver has made a decision: survive one final week behind the dual controls, hand in her resignation, and never again hear the words, "My dad says..." Then Monday arrives. >As the week careers from one disaster to the next, Lena's battered car fills with nervous beginners, interfering parents, unlikely victories and an alarming number of empty Malteser boxes. She may be desperate to escape - but her pupils are not ready to let her go. Inspired by real incidents, Licence to Instruct is a warm, sharp and gloriously chaotic British workplace comedy about learner drivers, professional patience and the people who make you question every life choice - then remind you why you started.
