Life at 70--Pedal to the Metal came from my heart. There is no way around it. It flashed to me as an idea that just wouldn't go away.Being a first time writer did enter my mind with thoughts of doubt, but that powerful internal voice to move forward was too strong. So, here I am, hat in hand at the finish line, ready to release my efforts.I had proven first hand to myself, that spiritual wisdom really works. After all, I found the road to that elusive word, "happiness."One would logically think by the time people became seniors like myself, they would have gotten "it". I found that getting "it" isn't a guarantee. In many cases, getting "it" is but a few words away.I'm not saying I am God's messenger, but the wisdom I do share does come from very reliable sources.
