Light Reflections

Light Reflections is a contemplative poetry collection shaped by seasons, stillness, and faith-inflected everyday moments.Organized into spring, summer, fall, and winter, these poems trace the rhythms of ordinary life-weather changing, children growing, love deepening, grief remembered, joy rediscovered. From brief haiku and free verse to narrative poems and reflective sonnets, Tyrean Martinson writes with attentiveness to light as it appears quietly: on water, in memory, through prayer, and in moments of presence. This is poetry rooted in lived experience-family, marriage, motherhood, home, creation, and belief-without ornament or performance. The light here does not overwhelm; it reflects, teaches, and endures.Light Reflections is for readers who appreciate:contemplative and nature-inspired poetryfaith-forward verse without sermonsseasonal reading and devotional pacingpoems about family, marriage, creativity, and noticing the sacred in daily lifeA book meant to be read slowly, revisited often, and held in quiet moments.
