Superman came to Earth for DC Comics on March 1, 1938: "It's Superman!... strange visitor from another planet, who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men." Little Ginny Polkadot was not born with superpowers. Her powers were a gift from her father embodied in a crystal lattice. As Little Ginny grew older and experienced more of her life, she discovered how the powers were held within the polka dots that were worn on her clothing and linked directly to the mysterious object that her father gave to Little Ginny's mother. It was passed on to Little Ginny Polkadot when her mother was killed in a kidnapping attempt in New York City. With her father's blessing, Little Ginny Polkadot used her super powerful polka dots to help any person who needs her help. But along her path to worldwide fame she has concealed her true identity.The three major countries that exhibit a capacity for violence, military power, and global conflict are also racing each other to capture the real Little Ginny Polkadot. They do not understand that her super powers emanates from her polka dots. They think that she inherited a super formula which can be the source of their power, if the winner of the race can capture Little Ginny Polkadot and her written formula for her superpowers.Throughout her life of accomplishing good deeds, Little Ginny Polkadot has encountered corruption on a sliding scale.
