Love lived here too: A Story of Love, Addiction, Recovery, and the Memories That Remain

Love Lived Here Too is a deeply personal story about family, addiction, grief, recovery, faith, and the memories that survive it all. Kim Jones grew up loving people whose lives were touched by addiction, but addiction was never the whole story. There was laughter. There were ordinary days that became precious memories. There were people she could count on, and a mother she loved fiercely through every good season and every painful one. Through marriage, motherhood, recovery, Al-Anon, faith, loss, and the devastating death of her mother, Kim learned that loving someone does not always mean being able to save them. She also learned that remembering the past does not mean being trapped there. More than a story about addiction, this is a story about the love that existed alongside it-the love that remained even after loss. Because even in the hardest places, love lived here too.
