Lu Xun's Self-Annotated Collection: Quasi-Wind-and-Moon Talks/鲁迅自评版作品集：准风

Quasi-Talks on Wind and Moon brings together Lu Xun's miscellaneous essays from 1933, including classics such as Chinese Literature and the Chinese People, The Virtue of Feigned Ignorance, Finding Living Vocabulary in Ancient Books, and Youth and the Old. The title's "quasi" suggests "not quite" or "falling short" - a playful self-deprecation that hints at something deeper. This is no mere romantic ramble; it is Lu Xun's way of pushing back against intellectual rigidity and giving voice to his own convictions. What makes this edition especially valuable is the inclusion of Lu Xun's own annotations and reflections on the collection and its individual essays, offering readers an intimate glimpse into the mind of the writer himself. Here we see not just the public intellectual, but the man - his wit, his principles, his passions, and his philosophy. This is Lu Xun's own "view of Lu Xun" - a rare window into his inner world and creative drive, and an invitation to know the man behind the words.¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿1933¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿"¿¿¿¿"¿¿"¿"¿"¿¿¿¿"¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿"¿¿¿"¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿Lu Xun, born Zhou Shuren in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is the founding father of modern Chinese literature and has been hailed as the "multifaceted cultural giant of the 20th century."Liu Zengren is the Director of the Lu Xun Research Center at Qingdao University (the first of its kind in China), Vice President of the Modern and Contemporary Branch of the Chinese Academic Association of Historical Literature, and Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook of Lu Xun Studies.
