Lucy the Divco

Lucy loved her work as a milk delivery truck, but when people start getting their milk at the grocery store, she doesn't have any more work. Left all by herself in a wrecking yard, Lucy makes friends with a family of mice. Life in the wrecking yard is okay, but Lucy misses being involved in her community. One day, a driver comes to see her with an exciting opportunity: he's going to bring her home and fix her up! But what will Lucy be doing, now that there's no milk to deliver? Will she still be able to support her community?Lucy the Divco is based on the true story of a Divco truck that found a second calling helping deliver local food. It's a story about new beginnings, having a great family, and the many amazing local foods that are being produced all around us every day.
