MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF THE NATIONAL WOMEN'S COSTUME: Monograph

he monograph reveals the essence of designing garment production in the sewing workshop of an enterprise. The following were studied: general information about clothing and the requirements for it, stages and types of work in garment production, main features and principles of flow organization in sewing workshops, classification of flows, main stages of flow design. Using a specific example, the manufacturing process of the national Uzbek women's costume, which consists of a dress and lozimi, is designed. The following parts were completed: design, technological, mechanical, and organizational-economic. The mechanical part considers the classification of the necessary sewing machines for production. The working principle of a modern class DDL-8700 sewing machine from "Juki" (Japan) was studied, including the working principle of the needle mechanism. A structural analysis of the sewing machine needle mechanism was conducted. In the organizational-economic part of the project, the necessary technical and economic indicators of the production flow for the production of the women's national costume were calculated.
