Marked For Silence: My War Against The Machine

Marked for Silence: My War Against The Machineby Johann Kreiger De RothschildFrom the moment he entered the world during a blizzard on his mother's birthday, Johann was marked. Rejected by a mother who wanted a daughter, haunted by a disgraced cop father whose name opened doors to trouble, and raised by grandparents who recognized his rare "artist gene," he found refuge in skateboarding and later in tattooing. What began as a dream of creation quickly became a war for survival. As a tattoo artist fighting to rise in a cutthroat industry, Johann stepped into a world of politics, sabotage, and hidden power. Friendships turned to betrayals. Women appeared as if summoned - plants in a larger game. False arrests, smear campaigns, forced injections, and orchestrated custody battles stripped him of his freedom, his reputation, and his son. Courts, cops, shop owners, and shadowy networks worked in conjunction to silence him. Every time he tried to stand, the machine pushed back harder.Fleeing New York for Las Vegas offered no escape - only new layers of the same web. Military bases, producers, traffickers, and old enemies resurfaced. Yet amid the chaos, his grandmother's death unlocked something deeper: a spiritual awakening filled with undeniable signs - 333, owls, prophetic roads, and buried family history - that pulled him toward truth.Marked for Silence is a raw, unflinching memoir of one man's war against systemic corruption. It exposes how reputations are destroyed, families are weaponized, and truth is buried by those who control the narrative. From the streets of New York to the neon desert of Las Vegas, Johann's journey reveals a machine designed to break outsiders - and one man's refusal to stay broken. In the end, they took nearly everything, but they could not take his voice.Part one of a gripping story of betrayal, resilience, spiritual awakening, and defiance against overwhelming odds.
