Marks of Samoa

The ancient gods have awakened. Across the islands of Samoa, shadows creep through sacred lands, villages vanish without warning, and an age-old darkness rises from the realm of spirits. What was once believed to be myth has become terrifying reality. Marked by the sacred pe'a and haunted by the brutal murder of his parents, Toa is thrust into a destiny far greater than revenge. Guided by legendary warriors, ancestral spirits, and the goddess Nafanua herself, he must master powers he barely understands before an unimaginable war consumes both the living world and the spirit realm. But the greatest threat is not the darkness gathering beyond the horizon. It is his own brother. As forgotten truths emerge, old friendships are tested, impossible alliances are forged, and every battle draws the islands closer to a conflict that could reshape creation itself. To save Samoa, Toa must confront the fragile line between light and shadow-and discover whether family can survive when destiny demands they stand on opposite sides of war. Richly inspired by Samoan mythology, culture, and tradition, Marks of Samoa: Of War & Darkness is an epic fantasy adventure filled with legendary warriors, ancient gods, breathtaking battles, and the enduring power of family, heritage, and hope. The war has begun. The legends are awakening. And the marks upon their skin are only the beginning.
