Bol Behind closed doors, Mary, the mother of Jesus, and a hundred and twenty friends and followers of Jesus are in the Upper Room, waiting and anticipating the promise Jesus gave. During this time of prayer, reflection and fellowship, they share their experiences and testimonies. Mary is asked to fill in the gaps about Jesus' childhood. Many of the Apostles and disciples did not know about his hildhood. We will meet Lazarus, Nicodemus, the apostles and many more. You can feel the unity developing and friendships forming. Mary narrates and describes the period between Jesus' ascension and Pentecost. They talk about how Jesus is a provider: the wine at the wedding, feeding the 5000. How he is in charge of life and death. Raising Lazarus and Jairus' daughter. How he is a healer: healing an issue of blood, a withered hand, a bent-over woman and blind and leprous men. How he gave purpose to fishermen and tax collectors. The story comes to a crescendo on the day of Pentecost. Cornelius, who is a main character in this story, shares his encounter with Jesus, who taught him about the new birth, and now experiences being born again himself! The story ends with 3000 more people being born again after Peter preaches the Salvation Message.
