When French historian Antoine Charbonneau travels to Cozumel searching for traces of the island's forgotten past, he never expects to uncover something that could rewrite history. After meeting a tour guide and learning some information, he separates from the guide and discovers a hidden passage beneath ancient ruins. Antoine descends into a mysterious underground world where he discovers something unbelievable. As he explores the underground, the story and mystery keep getting deeper and deeper. Antoine realizes that what he discovers might be dangerous to bring up to the surface and tell the world. What begins as a simple search for some new, original history quickly becomes a journey of discovery, survival, and struggle as Antoine finds himself caught between the world he knows and something else that's just waiting for you among the pages.
