In this book, I clearly and coherently share with you (the readers) my professional experience in two impressive and interesting clinical cases, the first involving penoscrotal elephantiasis in adults, and the second a large urinary calculus (vesical lithiasis) weighing 4850kg, both of which were successfully treated in a context of very limited technical resources.
