Né vers 1958 à Bamba, cercle de Bourem, Région de GAO. Obtention du baccalauréat première partie en Sciences Biologiques avec mention assez bien, session de juin 1978 au Lycée Askia Mohamed. Obtention du baccalauréat deuxième partie en Sciences Biologiques avec mention passable en juin 1982 au Lycée de GAO, après la suspension. Fréquentation de l'Ecole Nationale d'Administration, Section Economie Générale. Titulaire d'un diplôme en Informatique délivré par le RESAFAD en 1991. Obtention d'un diplôme en Comptabilité et en Gestion d'Entreprises à l'Université BK à Kalaban Coro à Bamako en 2012. Bénéficiaire de plusieurs stages et séminaires tant à Bamako qu'à l'intérieur du Mali.Born around 1958 in Bamba, Bourem district, Gao region. He obtained the first part of his baccalaureate in Biological Sciences with honors in June 1978 at the Askia Mohamed High School. He obtained the second part of his baccalaureate in Biological Sciences with a passing grade in June 1982 at the Gao High School, after the exams were suspended. He attended the National School of Administration, specializing in General Economics. He holds a diploma in Computer Science from RESAFAD, awarded in 1991. He obtained a diploma in Accounting and Business Management from BK University in Kalaban Coro, Bamako, in 2012. He has participated in several internships and seminars both in Bamako and throughout Mali.
