Mental Daylight

Mental Daylight is the real-life personal retelling of one man's diagnosis with a fatal brain tumor, his decision to fight it with alternative healing techniques, and the details of his journey (including his realizations during the process). His main weapons to win this battle are primarily Full Extract Cannabis Oil and cymatic sound frequencies, plus other non-Western methods (Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Sungazing), dietary changes, and exercise regimens. The book includes many citated references to scientific/medical research studies that corroborate the efficacy of his approach, which he named The Inside-Outside Method. Also included, is a Resource Appendix at the end of the book, which provides a detailed list of all these studies, plus websites and online social media sources from people applying similar non-Allopathic approaches to healing typically fatal diseases.
