Bol Partner Het boek is in het Engels. Hieronder volgt de beschrijving in het Engels. Publication is a practical guide to administrative and court-administrative procedures, highlighting the key stages of both tracks of proceedings. The authors present remedies and extraordinary legal measures for reviewing court decisions in a clear, accessible way. To facilitate learning, the material is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the legal construction of power of attorney; the next two cover the actions of a representative in administrative and court-administrative proceedings; and the fourth part contains model letters with a methodology for identifying legal defects in administrative decisions. The work discusses the latest changes introduced by the Act of May 21, 2025, on amending certain acts to deregulate business and administrative law and to improve the principles of drafting business law (Journal of Laws, item 769), which entered into force on July 13, 2025. The most important changes in the Code of Administrative Procedure concern the following: substituted service – enabling service to individuals representing organizational units when their address is outdated or unknown; administrative mediation – clarifying when a matter may be referred to mediation; termination of suspended proceedings – introducing the possibility to terminate a suspended proceeding for so-called obligatory grounds. Changes also apply to the Act on Proceedings Before Administrative Courts, including the harmonization of the subject of challenge by objection and the expansion of the scope of Article 52(3) by allowing a complaint to the Voivodeship Administrative Court against decisions without the need to file a remand motion. Numerous examples and references to current jurisprudence of administrative courts show that the book is a practical, indispensable tool for the daily work of every practitioner. The publication is aimed primarily at professional representatives—advocates, legal advisers, tax consultants, and patent attorneys. It will also be a valuable resource for those preparing for professional legal exams.
