To contribute to the implementation of the National Adaptation Program of Action (NAPA), which aims to strengthen the country's capacity to adapt to the adverse effects of climate variability, and to ensure the sustainable management of natural and environmental resources at the national level; the corridor serves as a planning tool for environmental protection by facilitating biological connectivity between forests. This book aims to support conservation organizations in establishing a corridor while providing them with a model incorporating synthesized geographic information and biological data. The modeling of the migration corridor in the riparian forests of the Mangoky River is based on the implementation of a geographic information system. Once restoration is complete and the corridor becomes functional, threatened species will be able to survive and adapt to climate change.
