This book investigates the relationship between morphological indices and physical performance in U14 to U19 football players. The study included 177 players from two first-division clubs in the Algerian championship.Anthropometric data included body weight, stature, fat mass index (FMI) derived from skinfolds, and muscle mass index (MMI) based on limb circumferences. Physical performance was evaluated using a test battery: 10 m and 30 m sprints for speed, Squat Jump (SJ) and Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) for lower-limb explosive power, pull-ups for upper-body strength endurance, the YO-YO test for aerobic endurance, the Akramov "figure-eight with ball" test for coordination, and the Sit and Reach test for flexibility.Correlation analyses (Pearson and Spearman) showed that body weight was significantly associated with performance only in U19 players, while stature showed significant correlations in U14, U15, and U19 categories. FMI presented both positive and negative significant relationships with speed, strength, and endurance variables. MMI showed positive correlations with strength and heart rate responses, and negative correlations with speed and flexibility.
