Each page has three (or more) short melodies that are mostly modal. They can be played separately in any order, or played as a group. Perfect for stimulating thought and relaxation, they can be used in services, programs, presentations, or just for personal enjoyment. Each could be the basis for improvisation or arranged or enhanced. This version is in the range of C4-C6 such as used by Soprano and Tenor Recorders. There are separate versions transposed to fit F4-F6 suitable for Sopranino and Alto Recorders; and, there are versions available for bass clef instrumets. All are suitable for woodwinds, strings, and brass.
