This book was written by the author, in the first original italian edition, in the year 2021: the commemorative year of the 700th anniversary of the death of the supreme poet, which occorred in Ravenna in the year 1321, probably after having contracted malaria in the Valleys of Comacchio on hi return from a diplomatic mission in Venice.
