My Father's War

How an ordinary family survived extraordinary circumstances, while also helping others through a perilous period of modern Dutch history. With arrest and starvation, frequent hazards under the Nazi regime, lives could unexpectedly be changed or lost. Wars are not only fought on the battlefield. Everyone trapped within its boundaries, could become involved or a casualty. There are no bystanders in war, it affects everyone.
