Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. MyPaint is a free software graphics application for digital painters, similar to Corel Painter. MyPaint was used by David Revoy, the art director of Sintel. Since 2006, the Adobe PSD format changes its license; it was just permitted to develop PSD format in order to interact with Adobe software. Therefore a complete graphic design format, Open Raster, was developed based on the Open Document format. Mypaint uses Open Raster as its default format, but also supports saving images to PNG or JPG.
