Randi Sale left school with one more day of finals ahead, not knowing that the note her friend, Cricket, was about to give her would set them on a course that put the people they loved-and most everyone around them-in danger. She thought the brief command to leave town immediately and tell no one where they were going was just some sick attempt to derail their academic pursuits, and the perpetrator of the ruse would soon be revealed.
