James Breiding and the late Dr. Francois Mayer. James Breiding was formerly the managing director of Templeton in Switzerland as well as a writer for The Economist. Dr. Mayer was formerly CEO of J. Rothschild Holdings. Naissance provides service to small number ultra-high net worth clients. Clients are viewed as sparring partners that provoke the organization to higher expectations. They have been noted for investing in companies with women in leadership and management positions. This is one of their most notable funds, drawing attention to the fact that there are few women in leadership yet they have higher performing companies.
