This Special Issue explores how network pharmacology is reshaping the discovery and development of medicines derived from natural products in the context of modern systems biology. Moving beyond reductionist single¿target paradigms, the collected articles demonstrate how multi¿component botanicals, traditional herbal medicines, and purified natural compounds exert therapeutic effects through interconnected molecular networks and pathway interactions.The contributions to this Issue integrate computational network analysis, artificial intelligence, molecular docking, and multi¿omics technologies with experimental validation, highlighting new strategies to address complex, multifactorial diseases. The Issue covers a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas, including inflammatory and infectious diseases, metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders, cancer drug resistance, and stress¿ and aging¿related conditions. Particular attention is given to multitarget mechanisms, immunomodulation, metabolic regulation, and the concept of adaptogens as resilience¿supporting agents.
