Neurosurgery is a rapidly advancing field with many new technological developments and innovations. Image-guided surgery, intraoperative imaging and minimally invasive approaches have improved the safety and precision of surgical procedures. While endovascular methods expand, traditional microsurgery is still vital. Pediatric neurosurgery and TBI care face ongoing challenges, requiring specialized centers.
