Notes on a Narcissist is a full-length hybrid collection interspersed with poetry, journal entries, scenes from a one-act play, and performance commentary chronicling the aftermath of relationship characterized by narcissistic manipulation. It explores the psychological terrain of emotional abuse, identity fragmentation, and personal reclamation.Much like extrication from an abusive relationship, Notes spirals on purpose, and it is not linear. It is the author's deepest hope that victims of narcissistic abuse might read this collection and see themselves within it, whether they are still in a phase of denial, digging their way out, or reflecting on what they have survived.
