"A Summary of Yujue Physiology" is an interdisciplinary work that proposes a new scientific paradigm-Yujue physiology-which brings the study of the mind back to the exploration of the living, self-organizing "Yu-jue system" through its fundamental life process-the "sensation-behavior" cycle. The theory is based on a three-dimensional dynamic taxonomy of yu-jue sensations, comprising three evolutionary levels (vital, social, cognitive) and three dynamic orientations (defensive, offensive, sympathetic). The paper asserts that the driving force behind mental phenomena is the "expected sensation," and that the conflict between expectation and reality ("expectation-sensation mismatch") serves as the primary mechanism of learning and adaptation. This summary reveals a unified logic for the generation of complex structures at the neural, social, and cognitive levels through the triad of "resonance-evaluation-consolidation." The aim of this work is not only theoretical integration but also a return of science to a holistic understanding of life.
