In the world of fairies, each fairy is assigned an elemental power ata young age. However, the thirteen-year-old princess Cece hasn'texhibited any powers. She was already old enough, but her potentialhasn't shown yet! Her grumpy and spoiled attitude landed her in adisciplinary school for rebels. Now she must work hard to enter theprestigious royal academy. Despite that desire, when strange things keephappening, especially around her favorite creature, the gnomes, Cececan't concentrate on her studies. She then quickly discovers a powerfulvillain at the center of all the recent frightening incidents.
