The maturity index shows that the Tabelout (6.21), Aeleh (5.88), and Takesrit (5.5) varieties are early-ripening, while Aimel (2.75) and Azeradj (2.81) are late-ripening. In the absence of physicochemical analyses, a literature review generally confirms compliance with standards.
