Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa: Structural, functional and institutional presentation

The Democratic Republic of the Congo, like all states that seek a robust legal framework, is committed at the international level to ensuring that all legal rules applicable within its territory are adequate and sound.As a state that recognizes economic rights, the DRC has not limited itself to applying its own domestic legislation but has also adopted standards derived from international law, the primary one being the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).It is within this framework that Congolese business law has made significant progress since the DRC's accession to this international organization, which has harmonized all the rules it identifies as business law.This is why it is essential to first understand OHADA as an organization before delving into the substance of its law; and this is the central focus of this book.
