Bol The promotion of youth entrepreneurship is still very weak in Cameroon, despite a number of institutional initiatives. One of these is cooperation with CONFEJES. The main question, therefore, is what justifies the poor success of cooperation with CONFEJES when it comes to empowering youth. Three axes of analysis were explored: contextual, structural and anthropic. This three-dimensional reflection led us to conclude that the youth work sector, still known as animation, needs to be revitalized by improving the info-communication system of the ministry in charge of this mission.
