This work analyzes the organized xenophobia directed against Congolese Tutsis, revealing how rhetoric, policies, and conflicts produce exclusion and differentiated citizenship. Through a historical and anthropological approach, it deconstructs misconceptions and generalizations about foreigners. It restores the national roots and belonging of the "Banyamulenge." It calls for their full recognition, an essential condition for peace, national cohesion, and truly inclusive citizenship in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which today continues to face persistent violence and serious political challenges.
