On the other side of the county, the animals on Mr. Jones's farm had rebelled. They had driven away their master and had started a self-governing system in the name of Animalism—a doctrine conceived by the pigs. According to it, all animals were equal.This story caught the attention of Orowello's animals. They followed the upcoming events with great interest.
