Pancreatic Diseases and Tumor Treatment¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿Pancreatic cancer, often referred to as the "king of cancers," is a highly malignant and common digestive system malignancy with an extremely poor prognosis and a gradually increasing incidence. In China, both the incidence and age¿standardized mortality rates of pancreatic cancer have been rising year by year, with the mortality rate approaching the annual incidence rate. Early detection of pancreatic cancer is difficult; most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, when the opportunity for curative surgical resection has been lost. Among targeted therapies, PARP inhibitors have achieved significant progress in the maintenance treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer patients with BRCA gene mutations.
