Bol In 1963, a Madison Avenue agency was hired to make Americans afraid of forest fires. Their answer was Phil - a small, apologetic cartoon flame who felt terrible about what he was. On take twenty-two, at 11:38 p.m. on March 12th, a tired voice actor read the scripted tag "Fear the burn" as "Feel the burn," and nobody in the booth stopped him.
