This is a poetry book that expounds on the tumultuous and serene aspects of the journey of life. This book journeys through every aspect of the darkness life throws you- grief, abuse, mental health challenges, family disturbances, loss of friendship, loneliness, and more. This book also journeys through the experiences of light life has to offer- gratefulness, nature, new experience, healing, connection to self, and the expression of life. I encourage you to take this journey with me at your own pace and write down feelings that may arise. It's your time to write your own story.
