Pike Fishing in Scotland

NEVER BEFORE HAS A BOOK BEEN SPECIFICALLY DEDICATEDTO THE SUBJECT OF PIKE FISHING IN SCOTLANDJourneying to Scotland to fish for pike has been a lifelong voyage of discovery for Bill Winship, and catching big loch pike is not easy. Indeed, where does the newcomer even start on a water with a shoreline over forty miles long? Many anglers visit Scotland with high expectations only to have their hopes dashed on those rock and windswept shores. A great number are heartbroken and vow never to return. This book is based on Bill's fifty years' experience catching pike right across the whole of Scotland. No angler alive has ever explored, mapped and documented the Scottish pike scene in this scientific pioneering way before. The book is further enriched by six of Bill's expert pike angling friends who also share their secrets to pike success.
