Bol PLAYA HATIN' follows Khalil, a young rapper on the come-up in Downtown Dallas, and his day-one homie Marcus, the producer who been holding him down since they were kids. As Khalil starts catching fame, the tension between the builds, Marcus feels like he's invisible in Khalil's shadow, Khalil's confused why his own homeboy won't celebrate with him. One mistake online blows everything out of proportion, pushing both of them to face the real issue.. pride, miscommunication, and the fear of being left behind. It's a story about brotherhood, ego, and learning how to give credit where it's due.
