Pobeda (Serbian: Pobeda /¿¿¿¿¿¿, Hungarian: Pobedabirtok, Croatian: Pobeda) is a village located in the Bäka Topola municipality, in the North Bäka District of Serbia. It is situated in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. The village is ethnically mixed and its population numbering 342 people (2002 census). Bäka Topola (Serbian: ¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿, Bäka Topola, Hungarian: Topolya, Croatian: Bäka Topola) is a town and municipality in the North Bäka District of Vojvodina, Serbia. The municipality is composed of 23 local communities and has a population of 38,179, while the town of Bäka Topola has 16,154 inhabitants. The name of the town derived from the Serbian word topola (¿¿¿¿¿¿) ("poplar" in English). The first part of the name of the town was given to designate its location in the region of Bäka in the contrast to places with similar names, like Topola in ¿umadija or Banatska Topola in Banat.
