"Portrait of a Genius" is an effort to resurrect the life lessons inspired by Dr Hiranya Chandra Bhuyan, leading science luminary, teacher nonpareil, revered for cutting edge PhD research on Crystal Imperfections and visionary academic administrator, who worked with exceptional passion and zeal on a mission to establish a culture of science in our Assamese society. With multi-generational contributions from the brightest minds from diverse disciplines - science, history, teaching, literature, medicine, engineering, management, administration, art, psychology, business and others - this book attempts to engage and excite the readers of current and future generations.
