Pracze [¿prat¿¿¿¿] (German: Protsch) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Milicz, within Milicz County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Milicz, and 42 kilometres (26 mi) north of the regional capital Wroc¿aw. Gmina Milicz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Milicz County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Milicz, which lies approximately 49 kilometres (30 mi) north of the regional capital Wroc¿aw. The gmina covers an area of 435.61 square kilometres (168.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 24,254 (out of which the population of Milicz amounts to 12,004, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 12,250).
