We understand education as a comprehensive process that encompasses several areas of the individual, including the emotional aspect, which is the focus of this work and which has been largely neglected, since some educational institutions focus on the acquisition of skills and knowledge. Therefore, the objective of this work is to design a didactic guide for the preventive management of emotions from positive psychology aimed at young people in the stage of adolescence, offering a viable resource to be implemented in Basic Secondary Education centers. This work of bibliographic review is elaborated through the analysis of sources related to Positive Psychology, focused on the topic of emotions, covering contents related to emotional intelligence, positive emotions, emotional competences, resilience, among others.
