In this two-volume collection, which is about 1300 pages, I have examined about 70 contemporary dictators and authoritarian leaders, and extracted the principles common to all of them; 39 principles in three phases: their genesis, permanence, and collapse. All of them adhere completely to these principles. Volume I of the book includes the first and the second phases (Genesis and permanence), and Volume II includes the final phase of dictators (collapse), and then a more detailed and analytical examination of these principles based on political psychology perspectives and theories. Although in examining the 39 principles, the basis of the work has been based on the thoughts and mental perceptions of dictators. Hoping to destroy all these dangerous parasites. And more importantly, that underdeveloped societies reach the level of political development necessary to prevent these parasites from coming to power. (The third volume of this series will address the political psychology of dictatorial societies; the reasons and contexts for their fall into dictatorship and authoritarianism, and their defense mechanisms against rule).
