The book examines the specific features of the professional activities of civil aviation specialists. It notes that flight safety is influenced by numerous factors on which the quality of the aviation transport system's operation depends. On this basis, the book analyzes the hazards and risk factors associated with the professional activities of civil aviation specialists. The need to develop psychological and psychophysiological qualities in cadets at flight training institutions in the context of flight safety is highlighted. Professionally oriented methods of psychophysiological self-regulation are proposed, which, in the author's opinion, will help future pilots develop the qualities necessary for successful professional practice.
